Giving Tuesday

Giving Tuesday is a day where everyone, everywhere can do something to support the good causes that mean so much to them.

It’s a day to champion a cause close to your heart or do something good for your local community or someone in need.

You can volunteer your time; donate money; share your skills; campaign for something; donate goods, food, or clothes; organise a community event such as a street or park clean-up or a coffee morning. The list really is endless.

It is a day to give back by supporting a cause close to your heart or doing something good for your local community or someone in need.

For that reason, this year we’re encouraging everyone to BounceBack for this year’s #GivingTuesday and make the most of the relaxation of restrictions. Whether it is re-embracing in-person events, volunteering for a cause that’s helped you through the pandemic, or even just supporting an organisation that has been through a tough time, this year’s #GivingTuesday is a chance to help good causes get back on their feet.

It is important to acknowledge that everyone is at a different stage in terms of how they view a return to a level of social normality, but we want everyone to feel confident in bouncing back to a level that suits them.

There are loads of ways to support the causes you care about virtually, including online fundraising and volunteering. Alternatively, if you are happy to get out there and attend events physically then this year is a great chance to get back in the swing of in-person events and face-to-face Giving.

Whatever your background, let’s BounceBack together this #GivingTuesday.
